FastTrac™ Growth Venture is a three-hour per week, ten-week program for those who currently own a business and who would like to find ways to improve profitability, grow or develop an exit strategy. Participants explore the essential tools of small business success, including understanding financial information and creating affordable marketing plans. Private confidential consulting is provided at the participant’s place of business. FastTrac™ Growth Venture participants create a business strategy. They receive or develop:
  • An understanding of such key business concepts as marketing, market position, finance, customer relations, and operations.
  • A library of business reference materials, including an interactive CD-ROM that you can use to update and modify your business plan.
  • A business plan that follows a planning template focused on growth strategies and effective business management.
FastTrac™ New Venture is a three-hour per week, ten-week program for those who would like to explore a concept for a new business or who want to simply understand how to test the feasibility of a new business idea. Participants develop:
  • Knowledge of the feasibility planning process.
  • A feasibility plan that follows an assessment template designed to refine ideas and assess a venture's viability.
  • Research skills that can be applied to the workplace or any future business venture.
  • An understanding of the most common business entry strategies, including their pluses and minuses.
  • A network of entrepreneurial peers.
  • Valuable mentor relationships.
  • A sense of the participant himself as an entrepreneur.
  • A library of business reference materials, including an interactive CD-ROM that helps you write and build a feasibility plan.
